Biceps Dumbbell Hammer Curl

How to:

1)Holding a dumbbell in each hand stand with feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, shoulders back and chest out.  Palms are facing the body.  This is the starting position.

2)Now curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders while keeping your upper arms and shoulders stationary.  Squeeze biceps at the top and lower back to starting position for one rep.
